About the Role
Westlake Royal Building Products is hiring a Quality Control Technician to support our growing Salisbury, NC facility. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through inspection, testing, and collaboration with production teams.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We’re looking for detail-oriented team members who are safety-focused, analytical, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards as we expand operations.

What You’ll Do
* Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
* Use measurement tools and testing equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
* Document inspection results and report any quality issues
* Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
* Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures
* Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus
* Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes preferred
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing facility and may involve exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.

Physical Demands
* Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
* Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs as needed)
* Frequent use of hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and materials
