In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality control processes, and monitor the success of these initiatives.As a Quality/CI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the organization by optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall product quality. • Identify areas for continuous improvement and develop strategies for implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes
• Monitor and evaluate the success of quality initiatives and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas of improvement
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in quality management or continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
• Experience with quality management systems and tools
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
