We are now hiring immediately for the poultry quality assurance position near me in Lavonia, GA.What We OfferWeekly PayMonday-Friday 6am until doneStarting pays $15.00Direct deposit & debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceSummary:Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met throughout the processing plant. This involves performing inspections, monitoring critical control points, documenting findings, and releasing products that meet established criteria.Requirements:Previous experience in meat processing or similar roleAdhere to all manufacturing practices and FDA requirements when handling raw products.Maintain accurate records of inspections, monitoring, and corrective actions.Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.Evaluate premises for cleanliness, including proper disposal of contaminated poultry by USDA guidelines.WORKING CONDITIONS:Exposure to cold temperatures; humidity; machinery; slippery wet floors; possible heavy and repeated lifting. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 8 hours per day. Previous food processing/manufacturing experience required.
