About Jobgether:Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.One of our companies is currently looking for a QA Engineer in the United Kingdom.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join a fast-growing, remote-first organization operating at the forefront of digital marketing and SEO. In this role, you’ll work closely with both frontend and backend teams, performing manual testing of features and helping to develop and enhance automated testing frameworks. You’ll contribute to maintaining product quality, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and prevent bugs. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and participate in shaping QA processes in a dynamic, innovative environment.Accountabilities:
- Design and execute manual UX test flows and test cases
- Track, report, and verify defects, and follow up on resolutions
- Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria
- Communicate with developers to identify root causes of bugs and ensure quick resolutions
- Maintain and update test cases based on feature enhancements
- Participate in building and refining QA policies and procedures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Support the integration and improvement of automation frameworks for regression testing
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance roles
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Skilled in both manual and automated testing
- Experience with frontend and backend testing environments
- Hands-on experience with WordPress platforms
- Familiarity with QA tools and test case management systems
- High attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of SEO principles
- ISTQB certification and experience mentoring junior team members (nice to have)
