PVC Extrusion Operator – £15.30/hr – Weekly Rotating Shifts Oldham | Full-Time | 37 hours per weekWe’re hiring a skilled PVC Extrusion Operator to join a leading plastics manufacturer in Oldham. This is a permanent, full-time role working weekly rotating shifts, offering stability, a supportive team, and excellent hands-on experience.Weekly Shift Pattern:Week 1: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00 | Fri 06:00-11:00Week 2: Mon-Thu 14:00-22:00 | Fri 11:00-16:00Week 3: Mon-Thu 22:00-06:00 | Fri 16:00-21:00Pay Rate:£15.30 per hourEquivalent to approx. £29,400 per annumWhat You’ll Do:Set and operate PVC extrusion machineryCarry out tooling changes and machine setupsMonitor production and ensure product qualityComplete routine maintenance and follow safety proceduresWhat You’ll Bring:Proven experience in PVC extrusion settingStrong knowledge of plastic extrusion processesFlexibility to work all rotating shiftsReliable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused attitude
