– Experienced with at least two years in purchasing and project coordination, ideally within the audiovisual or related industry
– Passionate about audiovisual equipment and eager to apply your knowledge to help the company thriveOther Language Requirement: English

– Frequency of Use: RegularlyWhat you’ll be doing:– Work closely with project managers, technicians, and supervisors to assess and fulfill purchasing needs
– Take the lead in determining the right quantities and product selections for audiovisual equipment and ensure timely procurement
– Help manage inventory levels for integration projects, ensuring everything is stocked and ready to go
– Import and ensure the accuracy of all quotes from suppliers
– Collaborate with the Manager to analyze brand performance, margins, and sales trends
– Track actual product costs, margins, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize operations
– Negotiate with suppliers on prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation to ensure the best deals
– Streamline procurement processes to support seamless project execution and meet business goals
