Bayshore is currently looking for dedicated PSWs to visit clients in support of the Home Transition Program, in Brantford and surrounding county areas.A Day in the Life of a Bayshore PSW:As a member of the Bayshore PSW team your days will always be different! You will visit clients in your area and provide daily support activities based on the needs of the Care Plan. You will be supported by a team of clinical experts while providing exceptional customer service. Some tasks can include personal care, range of motion activities, homemaking services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and general household management.We value our Bayshore caregivers with:

Position Details:

• Home Transition Program
• Casual contract, averaging between 15-25 hours per week
• Shifts will be scheduled for minimum 4-hour blocks
• Wage $22.36 per hour
• Overnights available, to be paid at a premium

Schedule:

• Day/Morning/Evening/Night shifts available
• 2 Weekend shifts required in every 14 day rotation
