Job description

We currently have an opening for a Proposal Coordinator in our Vancouver office to support and work in collaboration with the proposals team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team player who is able to multi-task and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment.Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Monitoring opportunities and records management.
  • Administration, coordination, development, and quality assurance of the proposal process.
  • Assisting with communication and content collection with the technical team.
  • Graphics and proposal layout development.
  • Working closely with contributors, especially technical solution teams, to edit and proof-read content and ensure all criteria is met for submission.
  • Assisting with preparing and updating resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate information etc.

Job RequirementsJob Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
  • 2+ years work experience in a similar role.
  • Passionate about delivering a high-quality work product.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Ability to work well with others and have a collaborative attitude.
  • Self-disciplined approach to establishing priorities and meeting multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Responsive and confident multitasker.
  • Superb editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills; with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) experience is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures is an asset.
