They are also very well known for championing accessibility to the legal profession and have a strong track record in facilitating social mobility.The role:This hire will take on a wide range of contentious commercial property matters, including telecoms, landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues such as adverse possession, easements and title disputes.Therefore, in depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals is highly desirable, (both unopposed and opposed) particularly in the context of managing a large property portfolio.Aside from fee-earning and leading transactions, they’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You’ll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.In return, you can expect the full force of the firm’s backing and support with tangible progression routes to partnership for those who want it.The ideal candidate:

• Property Litigation Associate 1+ years PQE or CILEX
• In-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 renewals
