Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Property/Facilities Manager opening! This direct hire position offers full time hours, 8a-430p. Pay is $70,000-75,000k annually based on experience.In this role you will handle property management and facilities management for a book of commercial business:

• Serve as main point of contact between commercial tenants and owner
• Oversee day to day operations including building maintenance and financial management
• Collect rent and manage budgets
• Handle billing and collect invoices
• Manage work orders
• Schedule maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Make payments to vendors
