– Strong administrative, coordination, and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Yardi is an asset)
– Strong spoken French language
– Education in real estate, business, or accounting is an assetOther Language Requirements: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for Language Requirement: To communicate and support operations in other regions outside of Quebec
– Frequency of Use: Daily (for various tasks)What You’ll Be Doing:– Assist Property Managers in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, professional service to tenants and vendors
– Support day-to-day operations for a commercial/industrial property portfolio
– Prepare and track service contracts, POs, and utility billings
– Assist with tenant move-ins/outs, inspections, and capital projects
– Manage vendor compliance, insurance certificates, and COIs
– Review and code invoices; assist with budgeting and reporting
– Maintain records, databases, and work orders in Yardi
