Hopewell Real Estate Services is seeking an organized, relationship-focused, proactive, and results-oriented individual to become its next Property Administrator. If you have a knack for all things administrative and thrive in fast paced environments, we have an opportunity within our growing property management team that might be right for you!Please note: This role is based out of Calgary, AB, reporting directly to the Property Manager.As our Property Administrator, your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Administrative support for property management initiatives, building set ups, and project management
  • Maintaining positive relationships and ensuring the accurate, complete and on-time delivery of all objectives
  • Prepare all required lease administration documentation as required on a timely basis
  • Maintain and update database with all tenant inquiries (calls, emails, etc.)
  • Offer tenant liaison and communication on day-to-day property management issues
  • Maintain lease administration including account receivables, account reconciliations and chargeback billing
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare accurate presentations, reports and documents as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and individual property documents for accounts
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

On your resume, we ask that you outline the following experience:

  • 2 – 4+ years of commercial property administration experience
  • Post-secondary certificate/diploma; bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Yardi experience (P2P preferred), as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in standard office administration procedures
  • Comprehensive and hands-on understanding of property management systems and processes
