Lifestyle Home Products is a proud, family-owned business serving homeowners across Ontario. We design and manufacture all our sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl replacement windows, and exterior doors right here in our 150,000 sq. ft. factory in beautiful Peterborough, Ontario.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Project Manager – Sunrooms to join our team. This position offers a salary of $50,000 to $60,000, benefits and paid vacation. • Project Management Expertise: You know how to plan, organize, and manage costs for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Construction Know-How: With a solid background in construction, you are familiar with municipal construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Natural Communicator: You excel at building strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, keeping everyone on the same page.
• Leadership Approach: You lead with an open door, empowering your team, thinking strategically, and offering support. You believe in collective leadership, where everyone has something valuable to contribute.

Your Day-to-Day

• Participate in daily huddles to ensure smooth project flow.
• Collaborate with operations to set and manage project timelines.
• Ensure all necessary resources are available at each stage of the project.
• Coordinate with engineering to confirm permits are in place.
• Communicate installation schedules with customers and installers, ensuring timely progress.
