Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.Where will you be working?At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?Ensuring all sites are sufficiently planned and managed through all phases of the project lifecycle to mitigate delays, overspend and quality issues. You’ll manage customer key stakeholders and communication channels, ensuring all legal obligation under Health & Safety legislation including the CDM regulations are adhered to. You’ll approve invoicing and GRN in line with internal SLA’s. Manage efficient project handover through HOP (snag clearance) and final account. You’ll be able to think ahead of each process step to ensure parallel steps are completed where possible maximising efficiencies. You’ll also identify potential and develop staff in their team to improve skills, expertise, knowledge and best practice. Provide accurate reporting as requested by the business.What you’ll bringHave a minimum of 3 years’ of experience in telecommunications cell site deployment and sound knowledge of the Network Implementation and deployment processes
Proven experience of site design and construction techniques. Full understanding ICNIRP compliance requirements.
Good working knowledge of E2E site deployment process (Property, Design, Build and Integration phases)
Professional accreditation to APM would be advantageous.
A project Management qualification such as Prince 2 Practitioner or APMP or PMP would be an advantage.
Fundamental understanding of all aspects, both radio and hardware associated with the delivery of Radio Base Stations
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of CDM and ICNIRP compliance, excellent I.T. and database skills.
