This pivotal role will sit within the HR department but will require close collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Technology teams. The Project Lead will work alongside a dedicated Project Manager to oversee multiple workstreams and ensure our organization is fully prepared to meet the new regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of pay transparency, working across regions and influencing key stakeholders to drive meaningful change. As a leader in this space, you will spearhead initiatives that are critical to BSC, fostering trust, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring equitable and inclusive workplace practices on a large scale.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for EU Pay Transparency compliance with a team of resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Finance, and Technology, to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to EU pay transparency compliance.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with a Project Manager to oversee the progress of various workstreams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to the project timeline.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the overall project.
  • Resource management for overall project.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the importance and impact of the EU Pay Transparency legislation.
  • Oversee the facilitation workshops and training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with external consultants and legal advisors to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the EU Pay Transparency legislation.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of pay data to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership on the status of compliance efforts.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory developments related to pay transparency.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and fairness within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects within BSC.
  • HRBP experience preferable with strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
