What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
- Provide loadboard reporting to supervisors and management, incorporating into OPEX tools
- Weekly loadboard updates for resource tasks
- Weekly budget updates for each task per resource (spent/remaining per task)
- Monthly resource forecast summary
- Risks or resource cliffs
- Support schedule development for proposals and include this forecast in team loadboards for all medium and high probability proposals – support a resource demand extending 12-24 months
- Collaborate with project engineers (PE’s) in maintaining resource loaded schedules for engineering projects and analyzing project performance
- On track / minor issues / major concerns
- Notable changes – schedule slips and project moves
- Team utilization
- Project schedule health reports
- Collaborate with engineering leadership in forecasting workload and staffing needs / forecasts to support hiring plans; completes analyses and advises of future challenges (e.g. excessive demands, cliffs, or demand in new skill sets)
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project Professional.
- Experience working with OnePlan Work Plan Board.
- Understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.
- Basic comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities.
- Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.
- Awareness of internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete work package inputs and definition.

- Salary: $66,000-$86,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
