At Flynn, it’s not just a job, it’s a careerProject CoordinatorWaterproofing divisionFlynn Canada LtdOttawa, ON“Working with an experienced team, building relationships, being challenged, working on high profile projects, great culture, constantly learning”This is what our Project Coordinators coast to coast, love most about working as a Project Coordinator at Flynn!A Day in the Life– Work with Site Supervisor & Project Management in scheduling, coordinating and tracking deliveries– Attend hand off & autopsy meetings– Work with PM and Estimator to prepare a comprehensive material list for the project– Assist the PM in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders-Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds and insurances– Fill out warranties and send close out packages– Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the project (ie. forecasting, planning, analysis, etc)What We are Seeking– Excellent communication skills– Understand direction and be dependable to follow through– General Project Management/construction knowledge– Microsoft Office– Ability to read drawings– Organizational skills– Attention to detail
