Location: Hybrid work model – 1 day per week at the Longueuil office
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/weekOur client, a well-established and growing company in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support its sales and operations teams.The selected candidate will play a key role in managing multiple client projects-from contract signing through to post-delivery follow-up. – Hybrid model: 1 day per week in the Longueuil office, 4 days remoteKey Responsibilities:– Prepare quotations and pricing using Excel, CRM, and internal tools
– Act as a liaison between external sales reps, customers, and internal teams
– Gather technical information required for shop drawing preparation
– Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements
– Coordinate projects and ensure timelines, deliverables, and documentation are on track
– Provide post-delivery support (e.g., warranty letters, parts follow-up, installation assistance)Profile Sought:– College diploma in a technical field (e.g., industrial design, technical coordination, or related)
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
– Ability to read and interpret 2D technical plans
– Comfortable working with pricing, numbers, and quotes
– Proficiency in Excel, Word, CRM tools, and ERP systems
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
– Comfortable working with both metric and imperial measurement systemsLanguage requirement: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for language requirement: communication with customers, collaboration between internal teams, support for operations in another region, technical or specialized knowledge, training and development, customer support
– Frequency of use: constantly (for almost all tasks)
