Job Description:We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator Intern in our Paris office. The duties will involve assisting the Customer Success Managers with various aspects of day-to-day operations:1- Client related tasks

  • Project coordination: collaboration with different internal teams to ensure projects are running smoothly.
  • Operational tasks: Invoicing, contract reviews, budget and presentation preparation, report checks, FW tracking, briefs creation, updating forecasts for ongoing programs for precise planning, and integrating clients smoothly into the new platform.
  • Client facing tasks: participate in client meetings to record key points and discussions.

2- Internal Tasks:

  • Support regional VP: Transversal tasks including consolidation of data for the market, maintenance of key business trackers.
  • Event preparation / coordination: Handle event logistics, including vendor coordination, team events, and client gatherings, etc.
  • Office management: Maintain essential supplies and coordinate with service providers, like the coffee supplier, and address IT issues, such as printer malfunctions.

Requirements:What you will bring along:

  • An interest in retail/luxury industry and customer experience as well as the ability to work mostly on administration, coordination, and problem-solving tasks
  • Fluent in English (both oral & written)
  • Organizational skills & Project Management
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel & Power Point skills
  • Autonomy in tasks management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Data visualization skills would be greatly appreciated
  • Fast learner & adaptability
