– You have 2+ years of experience in purchasing and/or project coordination, or you come from the audiovisual, music, DJ, or live events world and want to apply your knowledge in a more structured, behind-the-scenes role
– You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentOther Language Requirement: English
– Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced
– Reasons for Language Requirement: Communicate with suppliers
– Frequency of Use: RegularlyWhat you’ll be doing:– Work closely with project managers, technicians, and supervisors to assess and fulfill purchasing needs
– Take the lead in determining the right quantities and product selections for audiovisual equipment and ensure timely procurement
– Help manage inventory levels for integration projects, ensuring everything is stocked and ready to go
– Import and ensure the accuracy of all quotes from suppliers
– Collaborate with the Manager to analyze brand performance, margins, and sales trends
– Track actual product costs, margins, and provide valuable recommendations to optimize operations
– Negotiate with suppliers on prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation to ensure the best deals
– Streamline procurement processes to support seamless project execution and meet business goals
