- Direct work scope (as provided by Vale)
- Review JHA’s (job hazard analysis) with contractor crews
- Ensure work scope is complying with timeline and work standards of Vale
- Ensure adherence to Vale safety policies and standards
- Incident investigation if required. Initiation and participation
- Completion of work permits: confined space / working at heights / hot work, open hole
- Work completion updates, daily – confirmation per work order
- Identification and reporting of found work scope

- Previous Vale Maintenance Experience (10+ Years)
- Supervisor Experience
- Red Seal Certification
- NL Confined Space training
- NL Fall Arrest
- NL Emergency First Aid
- Currently authorized to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is required
