Job description
Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Coordinator for a client of ours located in Surrey.Responsibilities
- Client, contractor, and consultant liaison
- Research planning, environmental and background of new projects
- Check on planning status’s / report to PM with updates
- Set up conference calls and site meetings
- Obtain quotes and prepare comparisons
- Assist with utility applications
- Prepare quote acceptance package for PM
- Assist with coordination of pre-commencement activities
- Assist with coordinating on site activities
- Assist with purchasing materials / hiring plant
- Work with PM for social media posts/researching new content
Requirements
- Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
- Proactive
- Has good attention to detail
- Extremely organised
- Retains information well
- Enthusiastic
- Self-motivated
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Good at juggling task and prioritising
- Use their initiative
- A confident communicator/good at public speaking
- Sales experience
- Personable
- Team player
- Good knowledge of MS office suite
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
