Project Control Lead

Job Description:Wood has an immediate requirement for a Project Control Lead, to join the Operations Team in the St. John’s, Newfoundland office. This is an exciting time to join our growing business. With a wide range of projects we support for our clients, this role provides a great variety of work scopes and responsibilities.Within this role you will lead the cost planning, scheduling, and risk assessment supports, for assignments, the project team, as well as clients. You will be responsible for managing a team of project control resources, in support of project delivery. Furthermore, you will oversee the set up and running of all required project controls systems, tools, and interfaces to allow successful management and reporting on projects and specific assignments.This role interfaces with several key stakeholders across the project and wider business. You will be the primary focal point for the Project Manager, Client or Project Team for all matters relating to project costs, schedules, risk, and resource requirements.
