Job title:
Program Manager , EMEA GTM Programs & Insights
Company
Amazon
Job description
DESCRIPTIONAre you inspired by the opportunity to help companies transform by adopting Cloud? Would you like to be part of the company on the forefront of one of the biggest market transitions in the history of Enterprise IT? Are you interested in driving high impact strategic and operational programs while collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization? The mission of the EMEA GTM Program and Insights team is to help customers drive innovation and efficiency by developing impactful programs leveraging the capabilities of the AWS platform. Meeting this vision requires a programmatic approach to helping customers identify, define, and accelerate these projects.Key job responsibilities
As a Program Manager the primary focus is on programs supporting our go-to-market specialist teams, playing a central role in acting in a consultative manner in order to develop, plan, and drive the execution of multiple growth programs. You will work closely with the EMEA GTM team and cross-functionally with Marketing teams, field teams (Account Managers, Demand Generation) as well as other Program PMs to formulate effective plans to manage successful execution and delivery of targeted business outcomes. You must be able to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs. You need to find the right balance between business needs versus constraints and should thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity, complexity, and invent and simplify processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be an effective written and oral communicator and have strong senior stakeholder engagement and program management skills. A deep sense of ownership, accountability and drive will help finding bias towards independent problem solving and delivering results. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries.A day in the life
Work together with the EMEA GTM team and Specialist leaders and act in a consultative manner to propose, co-design and execute programs across customers’ cloud adoption life-cycle as well as with AWS cross-functional stakeholder teams. Once approved, help deploy – pilot and scale – growth programs in the field working with enablement, regional business development teams, and account teams. Manage, assess performance, run data analysis, pivot and evolve programs based on observed data to improve programs efficacy and performance. Build the qualification, governance model and reporting mechanisms for insights into the enterprise business performance and associated growth programs.About the team
