Job Overview:
The Program Foreman is responsible for the construction and maintenance of stormwater management and landscaping projects, including conservation landscapes, rain gardens, tree planting projects, etc completed by the Program field teams. Program field teams consist of temporary seasonal hires that are engaged in green career exploration and green job training programs. The Program Foreman works with the Project Manager, Landscape Foreman, and Operations Team to plan, facilitate, and implement the coordination and logistics of daily work as well as working with the Program Team to incorporate programmatic and training goals in support of individual development. The Program Foreman tracks, records, and reports on crew hours worked as well as, materials, tools/equipment inventory, and metrics for completed projects and training activities. The Program Foreman ensures that high quality projects are produced safely and on time. The Program Foreman coordinates workflow for the crew leaders and crew, providing detailed work plans and daily on-site guidance and support. Also, the Program Foreman communicates production goals to the crew leaders/crew and communicates crew needs to the Program and Operations teams as appropriate. This role ensures that team members have the skills and training to complete assignments safely, correctly, and on time.

Job Timeline:
position is full-time for 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Weekend work opportunities may be available, but are not mandatory. Work in the field is weather-dependent. Indoor training and professional development opportunities may be offered on bad-weather days, if possible.
