What a Production Worker will do:

• Accurately measure and cut rope materials according to production requirements
• Read and follow work instructions, including measurements and specifications
• Handle materials safely, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety guidelines and quality control processes
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

What you need to be a Production Worker:

• Ability to read and understand English instructions and measurements
• Basic math skills, including working with rulers and standard measurements
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Interest in learning new skills; sewing experience is a plus but not required
