We have a Full-Time Position for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor  for a Tortilla company. This company offers room for growth and the opportunity to learn a new skill.

Production Supervisor Job Duties:

• Prepare daily production performance reports and submit to Plant Manager 
• Communicate equipment malfunctions to Maintenance team 
• Maintain updated  SOP’s for all production employee positions 
• Strive and maintain all quality standards 
• Hire and train new employees
• Enforce the cross training program
• Plan labor accordingly
• Ensure daily checklist is fully implemented 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma 
• 3-5 years experience with food manufacturing 
• Computer Proficient 
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 2pm-11pm 

Pay:$20-21 an hour DOE
