One is on CP26/CP27 and the other is on CP22.What will this role achieve?Team Member roles work on continuous production lines in Process, Packing Hall or Mixing areas. Working as part of a team in the Packing Hall within the moulded department Team Members are responsible for operating machinery, carrying out all quality checks and maintaining high quality production standards.What will be your key deliverables?The successful candidates will have an understanding of good manufacturing practice, HACCP systems and Health & Safety in the workplace alongside carrying out quality checks. A flexible approach to work and the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment is essential.Bring your experienceEssentialYou must have good verbal and numerical skills, basic PC skills, have a knack for solving problems and be a committed team player.DesirableIdeally you would have previous experience handling food and operating equipment in a quality focused and performance driven factory environment, operating large-scale automated machinery within a packing department.Shift Pattern4 week rolling rota 6pm – 6amWeek 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayWeek 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, SundayWeek 3 – Friday, Saturday, SundayWeek 4 – Wednesday, ThursdayOur PurposeBring happiness with every biteIt’s a purpose that every one of our colleagues, all around the world believes in.
