Vibe Recruit are hiring Assembly Operatives to join a busy production facility based in Buckingham.This is a temporary 12 week role with the opportunity to turn permanent for some who has a positive attitude and is keen to learn new skills.Duties Include – but not limited to

• Use of handheld tools and machinery
• The assembly of timber products
• Ensure products are manufactured to quality requirements
• Stacking pallets
• Take control and run assigned area
• Comply with Health and Safety procedures

Full training is provided.The right candidate will

• Be able to work in a physically demanding environment
• Work well with others and as an individual
• Previous experience in a production or construction environment is a bonus

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Friday 7:30am- 11:30 amThis role is a temp role with the possibility of going on a perm contract after 12 week.
Candidates who complete 12 weeks and are taken on Perm get an increase in pay to £12 per hour, along with the ability to earn a production bonus.
The company will also train you on the the auto machines as your career progresses.
