We are offering both full-time and part-time marketing & general labour positions to the most motivated, coachable individuals to join our business. Looking to hire skilled laborers who like working outside and are motivated to do an incredible job.About the RoleWe are looking for a project manager to lead and supervise multiple crews. Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget and exceeding client expectations.Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall completion of the project from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up materials, assisting crew members, ensuring project completion in a timely manner.
- Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs and business owner
- Picking up and transporting supplies such as paint and ladders
- Providing quotes to clients
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues
Location & Commitments
- Full time role based in The Beaches (downtown Toronto)
- Days are typically 8-10 hours
- Available to work Monday-Saturday
- The jobsite location changes frequently, but will remain in the same area
Candidate Requirements
- Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to take care of lawns & paint/stain projects and will be a pro in no time!
- Experience leading teams in professional environments
- Must have your own car or reliable transportation
- Positive attitude
- Coachable
- Reliable and hardworking
- Strong communication skills
Compensation
- Hourly Wage as described
- Management commission based on performance and responsibilities.
