The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About the roleWe are looking for a Production Assistant who will be a key part of the Content team, assisting in the production of innovative, exciting, and brand relevant content to be published across all of channels.As a Production Assistant you will

• Assist in the creation and delivery of Global content from pre-production to shoot
• Organise and maintain in-house studio, kit room and styling cupboard
• Organise and maintain the props inventory and all communications with our storage units
• Managing timelines and units of new product supplies with our Product team. Responsible for ensuring product is available ahead of shoot days and communicating updates to Producers where necessary
• Support with production administration across the team as well as setting up new suppliers on Netsuite, processing purchase orders and invoices
• Arranging travel/accommodation for models, photographers & team when required
• Foster and maintain good relationship with suppliers, studios, agencies and freelancers, establishing themselves as the ‘go to’ contact for shoot preparation and operations
• Produce Creative Still Life, Ecommerce and Product shoots
• Manage and process credit card expenses related to Production in a timely manner and with a critical eye
• Assist the Senior Producer & Producer on all NPD campaigns across pre-production to shoot execution
• Location / studio sourcing, booking hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, manicurists & other talent within budget parameters
• Liaise with NPD to ensure all product inventory within brief is delivered and available at the right time
• Research and make recommendations for ‘up and coming’ talent – Photographers, DOP’s, 3D visualisers, Editors & Graders

• Prior video and stills production experience
• Background in the fashion, luxury or beauty industries
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with complexity
• Proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills
• A passion for digital content. Ability to translate that passion into day-to-day projects and operations
• Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to short deadlines
• Ability to build effective relationships with commercial/product/technical teams and content creators/talent
