Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.What does a Production Assistant do at Hogarth?Production Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the overall content production process. Working closely with producers and the studio operations team, you will ensure the smooth coordination of shoot logistics, administration, finance, and other day-to-day responsibilities. You will be involved in the planning and execution of productions, assisting with everything from pre-production through to post-production.

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting multiple productions, ensuring all logistical aspects run smoothly.
  • Liaise with regular suppliers and vendors for equipment, prop rentals, and studio hire.
  • Book and manage couriers for equipment, props, and production materials.
  • Raise and track purchase orders (POs) and manage invoices
  • Assist with scheduling, call sheets, and ensuring all production documentation is up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support to the production and studio teams.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors.
  • Support producers in ensuring productions stay on schedule and within budget.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders:This role reports to the Executive Creative Producer.You will work closely and operate under the Hogarth Studios team, based in Old Street.Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • .Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Previous experience in production, media, or studio operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, POs, and basic financial administration.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing production needs.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
