This is what you need to know. As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Product and Marketing ensuring that Leadpages’ value is clearly communicated to our target audience. You’ll lead go-to-market strategies, craft compelling messaging, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption, engagement, and customer success. This role is pivotal in translating our product’s features into meaningful customer benefits that resonate with SMBs & marketing leaders. If you’re obsessed with achieving goals, constantly testing and iterating to get better results, and a deep understanding of product marketing, we’d love to have you on our team!As a Product Marketing Manager at Leadpages, you’ll be responsible for:Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new features and product launchesIncreasing expansion revenue through various tactics and strategies with a focus on product adoption and awarenessTesting, iterating, and improving product marketing campaigns to maximize resultsCreating clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Leadpages in the marketCollaborating with Product and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, benefits, and competitive advantagesCrafting and maintaining product-related content, including website copy, videos, sales collateral, email campaigns, and moreConducting market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitor positioningPartnering with the Marketing team to develop campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
Tracking and analyzing the performance of product marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategiesLeading strategies to attract, engage, and retain users by developing targeted campaigns and optimizing touchpoints to ensure a seamless, value-driven experience at every stageDeveloping and executing personalized campaigns tailored to specific personas to drive engagement and conversionsAfter 1 weekYou will be onboarded with the Marketing & Product teams and get a sense of how you fit within the companyYou will be introduced to your team in a group and in 1 on 1sYou will be getting familiar with Leadpages’ products and processesYou will become familiar with our Marketing, RevOps, and Product development processesAfter 1 monthYou will know all members of the Product, Marketing and RevOps teams and understand who to ask for whatYou will be introduced to our product roadmap and understand where you can make the greatest impactYou will find a rhythm with your team and start to define plans for meeting the needs of your focus areaYou will be contributing to and leading multiple projects including GTMsYou will be able to query data and create reports to measure user adoption and other marketing effortsYou will have a basic understanding of an “average customer’s” lifecycleAfter 6 monthsYou will feel confident in your role and will be contributing on many frontsYou have built a strong rapport with your team and are helping them learn and grow in their rolesYou will have released numerous projects and campaigns and have a hunger for more!You will have offered valuable insights into our product marketing and lifecycle efforts are actively contributing to ongoing improvementsYou are actively communicating with senior leadership and cross-departmentally disseminating information appropriatelyYou will have established KPIs and deployed campaigns and tactics to improve themWhat we would like to see in youEvery Redbricker has three things in common: We’re curious, passionate, and good-humored.
