So let’s win together.Job DescriptionAs a Product Manager you will help drive the evolution our global Trading Platform and own end-to-end delivery with a dedicated squad, centred around leveraging real-time data feeds to enhance market up-time, whilst minimizing risk.Entain takes over a billion sports bets a year and over $20bn in stakes, so we must ensure that our data and pricing is accurate in real-time, and the risk we take is calculated. The Entain Trading Platform provides the Trading team with real-time data and intelligence on the bets we lay and the liabilities we accrue to ensure that risk is managed safely, and we lay the right bets at the right prices.Reporting to Director of Product within Trading, you will be responsible for leading your squad to execute the product strategy aligned to our OKRs. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise work, problem solve and ultimately provide our players with outstanding experiences.You will bring a deep understanding of trader and customer needs, able to quickly identify the data and tools needed to ensure accurate pricing, and a good understanding of trading risk and liability, adept at identifying opportunities to improve the platform, refining your roadmap and collaborating across engineering, data, and design.Are you looking for an opportunity to add true value to a team?What you will do

• Act as an owner of your product, partner with engineering and design to deliver a world-class product, ensuring quality, effective, and timely delivery.
• Defines, prioritises, and manages the product backlog using agile methodologies
• Establishes and drives a culture of customer closeness, constantly evaluating insight, taking an iterative approach to achieve outcomes.
• Ensures accurate and formal product documentation, including clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with engineering and design
• Owns product KPIs – from market up-time, pricing efficiency and latency, to trader satisfaction and automation efficiency – and uses them to drive real-world outcomes.
• Sets clear OKRs to direct the delivery of the squad and aid them in achieving impactful outcomes.
• Collaborates closely with stakeholders from other teams, including trading and compliance to ensure requirements are considered, challenged and evaluated.

Qualifications

• A deep understanding of trading and risk principles in a sports betting context
• Track record of successfully managing products from concept to market
• Experience leading squads in a fast-paced consumer facing environment
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of agile methodologies
• Adept at user-story writing, translating data and insights, to build great products
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – proven ability to engage with engineers, designers and product leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
• Keen attention to detail, strong analytical approach, and ability to understand complex problems, and communicate these principles to a variety of audiences.
• An understanding of setting and measuring key NFRs, acknowledging that speed, stability and performance is an essential product feature in sports trading.
• An understanding of data feeds, APIs, data contracts, and how to read and translate technical documentation.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy in relation to sensitive customer and colleague data.
