Description :Position PurposeThe Product Manager, Leadership Summits is responsible for planning, and executing Summit events hosted by Info-Tech to provide significant value to members through exclusive access to industry insights, best practices, and networking opportunitiesThe Leadership and Renewal Summit events drive renewal and growth with existing members by delivering extraordinary valueThis role involves collaboration with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the events, event attendance and the effective follow-up on generated opportunities.Our promise to youYou will work for a rapidly growing company that understands the importance of supporting employees through flexibility, inclusiveness, learning and development, internal career mobility, measurement of the Employee Experience and actioning on employee feedback, and building strong relationships.What you will do:Event Sourcing and Strategic Planning:
- Planning Summits: Identify and evaluate events with a strategic focus on value positioning across the market so that there are opportunities for attendance across North America, APAC and Europe as applicable
- Rationale and Selection: Work closely with Sales and key stakeholders plant and approve events based on historical success, engaging activities and suggestions from stakeholders.
- Strategic Positioning: Strategically position ITRG in the market by hosting events that enhance brand awareness and foster membership renewal and growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Internal Brand Ambassador: Act as the internal brand ambassador, ensuring that the Engage, Acquire and Global Services actively promote Summit and drive attendance. Collaborate with stakeholders to align event participation with business objectives.
- Event Buy-In: Facilitate stakeholder buy-in by incorporating their feedback and suggestions in the event selection process.
Communication and Reporting:
- Value Proposition: Ensure that the value of the Leadership Summit and Renewal Summit are widely understood across the organization through collaborative communication
- Event Attendance: Oversee the communication with internal stakeholders through enablement pre-event to ensure that we achieve optimal attendance for each Summit event.
- Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reports on event performance, including metrics on opportunity generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on third-party or vendor-managed events.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
