Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and be your best self!Job Title: Product Manager, Application FrameworkTeam Description: The Modeling & Applications team is responsible for delivering the foundational capabilities to support application development at Anaplan. As part of this group, the Application Framework team focuses on building a scalable and reusable platform for creating powerful, consistent, and upgradable applications. This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and plays a key role in aligning strategy and execution for internal development and partner extensibility.Your Impact:

• Define and evolve the core product direction for the Platform Application Framework to support centralised and scalable application development.
• Drive the product roadmap in partnership with engineering, ensuring delivery of high-impact capabilities that enable both internal and external developers.
• Develop product specifications, standards, and design principles for consistent application architecture across the Anaplan ecosystem.
• Contribute to platform maturity by identifying opportunities to streamline application onboarding, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure the platform can support the long-term development of 20+ reusable applications.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand developer needs, translate them into platform features, and manage prioritisation.
• Support cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and strategy teams.
• Play a key role in launching the application framework to both internal teams and external partners.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong knowledge of platform and framework product design.
• Ability to define and manage complex product roadmaps and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with modeling platforms like Anaplan.
• Understanding of reusable architecture and application scalability.
• Experience working on externally extensible platforms or partner ecosystems.
