You’ll have ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact – and amazing teammates supporting you every step of the way.About the RoleReporting to the Product Director, the Product Manager role is a key member of the Product Management team, serving as a ‘General Manager’ for this portfolio. You will be responsible for working in partnership with cross functional teams (Engineering, Design, Commercial and Data) to help our customers solve real world problems every day.We’re open to hiring this role in the US or the UK only.
Minimum 4 years Product experienceWhat you’ll be doing

  • Serve as the Product Manager for our Smart Cleaning Pro Product both the hardware & software elements.
  • Working alongside the Director of Product , Shape the product vision and develop the product roadmap; clearly communicate what we are building and why we are building it across the business.
  • Own the KPIs for your product – including revenue targets.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data science, marketing, sales, deployment, and finance to bring solutions to market on time, on budget, and with high quality.
  • Drive the product discovery process, working closely with clients, to determine what goes into the backlog (and then prioritise decisively).
  • Work closely with Sales and directly with clients to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Drive action throughout the organisation to get products to market
  • Working with Data Science to develop value-add applications of AI and ML.
  • Evangelise the product both internally and externally.

What you will need

  • Proven Product Management experience at a Mid-Senior level.
  • Experience with IOT Hardware and data sets
  • Entrepreneurial approach to product creation/development.
  • Track record of success at leading cross functional teams (especially design + engineering).
  • Be collaborative, curious, and have an ownership mindset.
  • ability to deal with an unstructured and ambiguous environment – simply being someone who gets things done.
