For more information, visit .We’re looking for a full-time Product Designer to join BitGo’s growing Design team, reporting to a Lead Designer. You’ll help build the future of BitGo’s Financing and Trade products – designing next-generation experiences for institutional clients. As a Product Designer at BitGo, you’ll work end-to-end – from early definition and vision through to execution and launch. You’ll be a passionate advocate for users, balancing business goals with real user needs, and bringing bold ideas to life in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have direct impact on shaping major product areas at BitGo during a key growth phase. • Drive digital product design projects from research to conception to launch
• Participate in all aspects of the design process, including research, ideation, prototyping, and testing
• Translate user needs into personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Lead and organize workshops, design critiques, and user research sessions
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver user-centered solutions
• Maintain and evolve toolkits, design systems, and visual guidelines
• Advocate for design excellence and contribute to the culture and growth of the BitGo Design team

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing for web-based and mobile products
• Strong understanding of design thinking, UX methodologies, and product design best practices
• Ability to build user empathy and translate business goals into intuitive, elegant experiences
• Confident defending design decisions using data, user feedback, and strong design rationale
• Skilled at visualizing complex systems, data flows, and processes through clean, understandable interfaces
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, information architecture, and interaction design
• A passion for continuously learning and exploring new tools, methods, and technologies
• A portfolio showcasing case studies with a clear process and impact behind your design decision

Nice to have:

• Experience working in and passion for digital assets and Web3 technologies
• Participate in the greater design community through speaking, writing, hosting events, and showcasing work
• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.
• Experience building UI libraries and managing design systems
