This market-leading firm acting predominantly for the public sector is keen to hire a litigator to focus on procurement disputes including design and construction disputes, operational disputes particularly in relation to payment disputes and fire safety disputes and termination disputes. Enjoy working for a broad client-base including healthcare, local government, emergency services and social housing.
