Help us create the exceptional.WHAT TO EXPECTAs a Process Leader, you will be working as part of the Paint Shop MP&L team based at DC3 in Ryton.You will oversee a team 12 FLT drivers and 3 analysts. You and your team will manage the movement of unpainted and painted body shells between the Paint Shops at Solihull and Ryton.Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Supervising duties within the department, including managing all FLT hourly heads and data analysts within the departments
- Ensure body prep area has constant feed of fresh bodies and ageing bodies are repairs are processed in the correct order
- Maintain min / max levels for consumables used within the paint shop, including ordering of consumables from IESA to replenish the paint shop stores
- Ensure processes are followed within the department and lead any problem-solving activities (8D, 5F, CCAR Boards)
- Provide assistance with all internal and external audits and closing out of any issues highlighted during them

- People management experience

- Experience with Metric delivery and KPIs
- Ability to form working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
