Having increased their turnover substantially year on year for the past five years, this Top 200 law firm has developed an excellent reputation across multiple practice areas.Due to this continued success, they are looking to further grow their Private Client with the addition of a partner.There is an opportunity to become a joint Head of Department, so we are looking to speak with dynamic and engaging candidates.The FirmThis Legal 500 firm is highly tiered across multiple practice areas including private client.The firm has a modern outlook as they pride themselves on an open, collaborative structure. With an excellent reputation for their work in Private Client this leading London firm also thrives in the areas of Litigation, Corporate, Employment and Property. There is excellent collaboration between departments.They have an excellent infrastructure, using up to date IT equipment and software in the industry. This allows good flexibility amongst staff, with a hybrid split of 2/3 working from home as standard. Up to 4 days can be arranged per individual as necessary.The RoleThe Private Client department is thriving and deals with a breadth of high-quality work. Often acting for HNW individuals, company owners, entrepreneurs and clients based in the UK and internationally. This team deals with a varied caseload including inheritance tax, powers of attorney, succession planning, tax, trusts probate and estate planningThis position comes with the opportunity to become a joint head of department.You will be:

• You will be a Private Client Partner
• You will have an excellent knowledge across all private client matters
• You will have good communication and interpersonal skills
• You will work well in a team environment
• You will work well with junior solicitors
