We embrace diversity in thought and contribution and are committed to providing an equitable work environment that is foundational to our core values as a company and is vital to our success.Principal Product ManagerJob SummaryDefines, develops and manages the lifecycle of a product from concept to launch to end of life.ResponsibilitiesProduct Lifecycle ManagementDefines, develops and manages the lifecycle of a product from concept to launch to end of lifeOwn the customer and employee experience for Sales in Lead to Quote value streamGather the voice of the customer and employees regarding process and system interactionsApply user-centered design principles and practices to Sales lead to quote process, policy, and system transformation, management, and improvementCapture customer and employee business requirements into EpicsMinimize end user disruption through evolutionary UI change where possibleCommunicate and train process and UI change where necessaryDefine Lead to Quote Experience vision and roadmapsDevelop overall Sales LTQ experience vision, including target company process, policy, and tooling in collaboration with key customer, product management and operations stakeholdersPartner with upstream and downstream teams to deliver continuous and optimal end to end experienceDocument business process and system interactions within quoting and agreement domains.
