You’ll work closely with architecture, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact software solutions. From resolving blockers and managing risks to ensuring top-notch quality delivery, you’ll make a real difference in the success of our programs.You’ll be responsible for:Leading the successful delivery of complex CAPTG projects across multiple teams and systems.Managing the overall program execution to ensure alignment with company goals and commitments.Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and effective risk management.Driving continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and agile practices, helping teams to continuously evolve and innovate.Coordinating major feature releases, overseeing multiple teams, and ensuring a seamless flow of information to deliver ongoing value to customers.Facilitating agile practices, coaching teams, and leading the way in embedding a culture of collaboration, ownership, and accountability.What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
