We are Delivery Hero.Job DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a Principal, AI Agent Strategy & Operations to join the Vendor team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.As part of our Vendor Team, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of thousands of restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Your contributions will empower vendors with advanced tools to manage their operations, boosting their visibility and reach. Every feature you help build will create growth opportunities for businesses of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero’s ecosystem and impact.You will sit at the intersection of business, product, and operations, ensuring that our AI-powered agents not only work but scale reliably across 60+ countries. These agents are designed to support restaurant partners by advising them, driving growth, and automating key workflows, and your job is to make sure this happens at speed and with impact.This is not a traditional ops role. We’re looking for someone with strong business acumen, structured thinking, and a drive to get things done in ambiguity. You may not have a background in product operations, and that’s okay. What matters more is your ability to move fast, solve tough problems, and collaborate across diverse teams.Design and operationalize scalable processes that support AI agent rollout, improvement, and adoption across marketsCollaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and market ops teams to turn product vision into executionBuild structured performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms to monitor agent success and uncover friction pointsSupport go-to-market, experimentation, and agent tuning initiatives to ensure local success and global consistencyTranslate business insights into product recommendations, acting as a strategic partner to the product and data leadsQualifications4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-output environment such as management consulting, venture capital, or a startup / scale-upStrong problem-solving, with the ability to break down ambiguity into clear, actionable plansSolid commercial sense and analytical skills – you can connect user outcomes to business resultsExecution-focused, with a self-starter mindset and comfort in navigating unstructured environmentsGreat communicator and team collaborator – able to align diverse stakeholders and keep momentumInterest in the evolving field of AI, with a curiosity for how technology can drive real-world business transformationNice to have:Experience working with data teams is a plusAdditional InformationEnsuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
