• Be a role model, showcase your knowledge & lead with best practice.
• To ensure every individual child’s needs are meet, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs and EHCP Plans.
• Support the class teacher
• Help children with educational & social development
• Help get classroom ready for lessons
• Listen to children read, support them with reading
• Plan and support class teacher with smaller group activities
• Supervising group activities
• One to One and two to one suppport
