Those who take on this role must be comfortable with acting as a floater between Prep Cooking and Line Cooking duties.From August 29th, 2024 to October 31st, 2024, earn an extra $100 when you complete 5 consecutive shifts! Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in food service is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation guidelines.
• Must arrive dressed in chef coats or cook’s jackets, with black pants, and be well groomed, wearing black closed-toe non-skid shoes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking (grilling, frying).
• Label and date food, and follow food safety procedures.
• Set up and break down equipment and serving lines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area; tasks include sanitizing counters, utensils, and floors, and taking out trash.
• Ensure food and kitchen safety, including temperature checks and allergen procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
