Oldham – £23,000 – £26,000 At the hiring firm they are dynamic and client-focused, specialising in Housing Disrepair (HDR) claims. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality legal services to their clients, ensuring their rights are protected.They are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join their team as a Pre-Litigation Fee Earner in their Housing Disrepair department.The Role:As a Fee Earner in their Housing Disrepair department, you will work alongside experienced solicitors, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be involved in all aspects of housing disrepair claims, from initial client contact to case resolution, including drafting documents, liaising with clients and experts, and attending court hearings. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal skills and advance your career.Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a caseload of pre-litigated Housing Disrepair files from inception to settlement/court proceedings.
• Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, witness statements, and court documents.
• Conducting legal research and case analysis.
• Liaising with clients, experts, and other parties involved in the claim process.
• Attending court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Maintaining accurate records and case management files.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience of file handing.
• Strong knowledge or a keen interest in housing disrepair law and procedures.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
