Our offerings range from standardized services to helping existing customers maximize their experience with FIS solutions to ad hoc services such as project management, business consulting and custom application development.What you will be doingAs a Practice Manager within for our EMEA Cross Asset Trading and Risk Professional Services business, you will lead a talented team of professionals implementing solutions with our clients. You will be expected to:

• Lead the regional Cross Asset Trading and Risk business consulting team and strategy to effectively execute business plans.

• Devise and/or modify processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies with client scoping and other consulting engagements.

• Manage professional services employees to ensure projects are successfully completed and schedule resources to meet project requirements and develop staff to achieve above average performance.

• Develop consulting offerings to address opportunities.

• Work with key FIS channel relationships such as sales, relationship management, product management, business unit management and others ensuring continued collaboration to drive results for Practice.

• Work with consulting management team, program/project managers and client relationship managers to identify type of business resources needed. Assemble teams qualified to perform work and financially aligned with project budget and schedule plans. May work closely with program/project manager during project initiation to define scope and understand type, quantity and timing of resources needed.

• Responsible for forecasting and managing/communicating business metrics to senior management.

• Ensure generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Consulting Services Business.

• Ensure consulting engagements provide excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.

• Manage consulting personnel including engagement staffing, staff performance/evaluations, effective communication, career planning and succession planning.

• Provide resources with right expertise to meet business needs and manage external relationships creating a flexible staffing alternative for peak demand times.

• Ensure effective utilization of resources on billable projects, asset development, sales support and thought leadership.

• Collaborate with other Consulting Practice Managers to ensure right resources are working on right work to optimize goals for the entire division based on priorities and demand generated.

• Attract and retain talent to meet business needs for practice.

• Nurture relationships, defines consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.

• To help meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Cross Asset Trading and Risk business.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

• Broad knowledge of Trading, treasury, regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management as well as extensive experience of working, and leading teams, in an IT Consulting/Professional Services business

• Leadership, management, organizational, and team building skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build relationships with C-level management, peers and others.

• Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid two-way communication.

• Ability to express both facts and opinions clearly and concisely.

• Experience running P&L/Budgets for a consulting business

• Experience in a similar enterprise financial services product such as Calypso, SimCorp Dimension, Murex

• Relevant aptitude for area of expertise

• Willingness to travel at least 30%
