Powered Access FitterKentSalary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + Van & Fuel Card – Enhanced Overtime Rates
Location: Mobile role covering Kent and surrounding countiesAre you an experienced fitter looking for your next career move? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service? If so we want you to join our clients dynamic team as a Powered Access Fitter!This mobile role offers the chance to work on varied and high-tech powered access equipment, while enjoying the flexibility of being on the road and making a real impact for customers across Kent.Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Equipment Maintenance: Perform PDIs, routine servicing, LOLER inspections, and vital repairs to ensure our fleet runs at peak performance.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow all manufacturer specifications, company policies, and health and safety regulations to maintain the highest industry standards.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Record Keeping Excellence: Maintain accurate records for services, inspections, and repairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the engineering team and hire office to maintain high machine availability and exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A strong background in the powered access sector is essential, with proven experience in servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline is desirable
• Driving Licence: Due to insurance purposes, you must have held a UK driving licence for at least 3 years
