On behalf of our client, a global real estate firm, we are looking to hire a Portfolio Analyst to join their London team.Responsibilities of the Portfolio Analyst role:

• Maintaining asset management and weekly reporting to senior management team.

• Assist with preparation of monthly portfolio performance reports, including review of leasing activity.

• Manage external third party relationships where necessary including the portfolio property managers.

• Provide analytical support on ad- hoc projects as they arise.

Requirements of the Portfolio Analyst role:

• 2-4 year’s experience in a similar position within real estate, portfolio management, financial analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite in particular excel.

• Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
